The idea of the book came in 2011 for most of my life I have been passionate about accompanying individuals in their search for meaning in life I have been engaged in the field of counselling journeying spiritual direction and eventually life coaching having journeyed with people from all walks of life and ages I have come to realize that we are often faced with some of these fundamental truths in our lives it has been my life's journey that has taught me to reason and look at our being as I have written in this book. the first print was released in November 2013 now after more than three years I have become even more convinced of how these reflections can assist people in finding their truer identity I feel privileged to released the second edition of 30 days to a better self awareness which comes with minor changes and enhancements.
