RETURN POLICY

 

St Pauls India has a customer friendly return policy on our returnable* products to ensure your online purchase is free of stress and we promise to be fair in our decisions. Once we accept the return, we will issue you store credit to purchase anything you like in future.

 

*ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

  1. Products which you received in “Damaged / Defective “condition.
  2. Products which are not as per the description on the website.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE

  1. The product tags/labels should be intact with their original packing else we will not be able to process your return.
  2. Return initiated after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted by St Pauls India.
  3. In case a product is missing from shipment or the product is damaged in transit, please call or email us within 48 hours of the shipment for us to investigate further.
  4. Images on the website are clicked with a lighting effect due to which sometimes the color of the actual product may vary slightly from the image taken.
  5. We are dedicated to offer you the best quality products. We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit, St Pauls India will bear the down transit charges for such case (returning back to product to you).
  6. Please do not courier back an item to us without prior confirmation/ consultation with St Pauls India. Request for credit or replacement or refund shall not be entertained under such circumstances.
  7. We request you to enquire about any doubts that you may have regarding the products and our policy before going for the final purchase.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE BELOW STEPS TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. You need to send an email to support@stpaulindia.in or call us at 8928668688 for damage/defected product within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Please mention your order number, product image and the product details you want to return in the email.
  3. You will receive an email with instruction on the return of your order.
  4. Please allow St Pauls India 5 working days to respond to your return request and provide instructions/ guidance of your order.
  5. After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Please note that it takes 8-10 days for us to receive the returned product.
  6. Finally after the product passes the quality check, we will issue you a store credit for future purchase or we will send the new product.

 

WHO PAYS FOR THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR RETURNING OF PRODUCT

  1. When the product may be damaged during transit in such case St Pauls India will bear the down transit charges (returning back the order to you).
  2. We do not offer a reverse pick-up service.

HOW TO CANCEL THE ORDER

  1. The order can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of order placement but a 5% transaction charge will be deducted and the refund the balance amount.
